GENERAL INFORMATION

PRODUCTION TIME:

Normally it will take 20 days. Some items may require a longer production time. Call for more information.

OVER/UNDER RUNS:

We reserve the right to ship and bill for five percent over or under ordered quantity.

PAYMENT TERMS:

We prefer deposit payment of 30% of order amount by TT when order placed. The balance 70% is payable before the goods shipment. Our invoices are payable without any deduction. Any discount is subject to our written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse cheques, L/C or bills of exchange. The acceptance is always subject to special agreement. Discount, bank, bill and exchange fees are at buyer's account.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE:

Ningbo Impact Industrial Co., Ltd warrants all products to be of the highest quality and will replace any defective products without charge. Liability limited to amount of invoice.

RETURNS:

All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from receipt of goods. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization number issued by Alexander. Goods must be returned within 15 working days of authorization issuance or the claim will be void.

CANCELLATION:

Customer is responsible for all costs incurred after production starts.

PRODUCT SAFETY:

We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding safety of products we sell. We will meet applicable recognized voluntary industry standards for our products and processes.

SHIPPING:

The delivery term is FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Any transport service or transport agent proposal from us is only on Buyer’s request. We are arranging delivery at the soonest possible time. Delivery periods and dates must be mentioned in writing and are to be understood as approximate only. Any delays in delivery and services due to force major or similar events which cannot be influenced by us even if they happen at our suppliers or their sub-suppliers have not to be justified by us.
